The CROSSRAY Smart Probe is your new ideal companion for your grilling adventure. No more guesswork, it ensures your food is never undercooked or overcooked.  Just set your desired temperature and/or cooking time and get notified when it’s ready.

The BBiQ App makes it incredibly simple to use.

Operating the smart probe:
Charge your Smart Probe using a (5V) USB charger (Not included). The indicator light will change to green when fully charged. Remove the probe from the charging dock.
Open the BBiQ App and it will auto-pair with your Smart Probe.
You can monitor your food temp and your oven temp with the app. Up to 4 probes can be connected to the app.

 

Tips:
Place the probe in the dock charger before each use. Charge for at least 2 minutes.
Insert probe to safety notch. Do not insert the probe past the safety notch.
Do not expose the probe to temperatures exceeding 276 C°
Keep the probe clean by washing it with soap & water or place in the top rack of the dishwasher.
